These textured studs are handmade from sterling silver sheet, that has been textured through depletion gilding & then reticulating the silver. Each texture is random - sometimes dots, sometimes ripples - making them entirely individual. Very fine layers of 24ct gold are then permanently fused, to become part of the surface, using the ancient Korean technique of keum boo.
